In this program, AI consultants work with individual trainers or small groups to perfect their craft. Trainers participate in a comprehensive review of training activities – from class preparation to course management and follow-up – and receive individualized coaching in areas needing improvement.
Each trainer’s employer receives a summary of the assessment and a personal development plan jointly created by AI and the trainer. The plan provides specific guidance for the trainer to apply to their personal training style. AI also equips the trainer with a series of mastery check-points outlining the skills and knowledge required to help the trainer achieve maximum improvement.
